Design, quantity surveying & cost estimation
We undertake the design, quantity surveying and cost estimation of mechanical installation projects. We then provide this documentation to the client, giving them a clear understanding of the total project cost. We commit to carrying out the project in accordance with our own design and cost estimate.
Project organisation & management
We undertake the management of the entire project we are to deliver, including:
- selection of materials to the proposed specifications
- construction site organisation
- modernisation of mechanical installations in line with the overall project schedule
Mechanical installation works
Our own personnel carry out the construction of air conditioning, fire suppression, water supply and drainage, medical gas, steam, LPG and natural gas, and compressed air installations.
We hand over the project fully operational (turnkey project).
Start-up, adjustment & maintenance
Our extensive experience in constructing complex mechanical installations enables us to provide technical solutions for the correct execution and operation of the project.
We undertake the start-up of the installation we have completed and adjust it for correct operation.
We can also undertake annual maintenance of the installation using our own personnel.
