Mechanical installations since 1992

KLIMA MEC was founded in 1992, initially specialising in the construction of complex central air conditioning installations. Today, the company delivers mechanical installations for public, private and industrial buildings, covering a range of uses and technical requirements.

Our scope includes central heating and air conditioning systems, fire suppression, water supply and drainage networks, as well as steam, LPG and natural gas, medical gas and compressed air installations.

We undertake design, quantity surveying and cost estimation, construction organisation and handover of the installation in operation. Technical support includes equipment start-up and adjustment, with annual maintenance also available.

The team behind the construction

Installations are carried out by our own specialist staff: engineers, site supervisors, technicians and skilled tradespeople. Cooperation between the design team and the site team enables technical requirements to be clearly translated into practice.

Each project brings together project management, design and engineering, site organisation, equipment and materials procurement, and financial management. Systems research and development complements this collaboration, focusing on the technical solutions required by each installation.

Coordination across these functions connects equipment decisions, site requirements and work scheduling.

From design to project coordination

Every project starts with a detailed review of the design. We identify critical points, examine construction details and discuss potential difficulties or adjustments that could support the construction and operation of the installation.

Engineers and site supervisors coordinate daily on progress and any technical issues that arise. Working closely with the client, we integrate our work into the overall project schedule and monitor it through to completion.

Health and safety on site

Protecting the people working on each installation is part of project organisation. We assess the risks associated with the work and take the appropriate protective measures, whether acting as contractors or subcontractors.
